Sandra Collection is an online e-shop for wholesale and retails. Our stock may be vary from time to time as we are trading with offline bulk order too.

Therefore, please Do Not pay us until receiving our billing confirmation.

Order Process Flows:

Step 1: 

• Send your order to our email: sandysan_99@yahoo.com
• Will process an Order Confirmation form from us

Step 2:

• Received official billing from us

          Billing include: amount due, bank information, stock status ( if applicable), or others

Step 3:

• Make your payment accordingly
• Send us your payment receipt via email or sms

Step 4:

• Ship out your order as fast as possible 
• Update your order /delivery status with courier / pos tracking number

Step 5:

• Log in your email account to view order / delivery status
• Check your parcel delivery status online with parcel tracking number provided
